Chez Pazienza kills in his first column for The Huffington Post. It's his take on those zany wank-faces from the Westboro Baptist Church condemning Heath Ledger, who recently died (in case you've been living in a cave... somewhere near Neptune... and by that I mean a Neptune in a different solar system located in a distant galaxy). Well worth the read, it had me rolling. Because it's true. In fact, how he describes the way he felt about that "church" is pretty much nails my feelings, too-- as if it's a big joke of some sort:
"The antics of the WBC have always been so completely over-the-top, so laugh-out-loud absurd, such a brilliantly ironic indictment of everything its more sophisticated brethren in the Fundamentalist Christian movement stands for that they can't possibly be anything other than Andy Kaufmanesque performance art at its most sublime."
